After you hear from your daughter on Bid Day, please text us and tell us the name of the Sorority. We will text you before Bid Day, so you will have our number.

Yes, we will make changes to items given if we know the Sorority is giving a similiar item to her on Bid Day or Initiation. We work closely with many Sororities, so we work hard to avoid she doesn't receive duplicates. If she does get a duplicate, she is welcome to exchange any item.

Sorority items can be exchanged for store credit within 30 days of delivery date/shipmen date. Items must be in unused.

A Parent's Guide to Recruitment Week
Whether you're familiar with Greek Life or this is your family's first experience, recruitment can feel exciting, emotional, and overwhelming. This guide will help you understand the process, know what to expect, and learn how to best support your daughter throughout recruitment week.
What Is Sorority Recruitment?
Formal sorority recruitment is a structured, multi-day process where Potential New Members (PNMs) visit each Panhellenic sorority chapter on campus.
As recruitment progresses, invitations become more selective through several rounds until Bid Day, when chapters extend official membership invitations.
Recruitment is coordinated by the University's Panhellenic Council using a matching system designed to place as many women as possible in chapters that are a mutual fit.
Why Join a Sorority?
Sorority membership offers far more than social events.
Academic Success
Leadership Development
Members have opportunities to:
Philanthropy & Service
Every chapter supports charitable organizations through fundraising, volunteer work, and campus events.
Lifelong Friendships
Sororities provide an instant support system during college with friendships that often continue long after graduation
.
Professional Network
Alumnae networks can provide:

Listen More Than You Advise
Recruitment can be emotional.
When she calls between rounds:
Sometimes she simply needs someone who will listen.
What If...
She Gets Invited Back Everywhere
Wonderful!
Now comes the hard part—making decisions. Encourage her to trust her instincts rather than campus reputation.
Her Favorite Chapters Release Her
This is common.
Many women ultimately discover that the chapter they didn't originally expect becomes their perfect fit.
Encourage her to stay open-minded.
For Moms Who Were Greek
Recruitment has changed considerably over the years.
Today:
The best gift you can give your daughter is allowing her experience to be uniquely hers.
Stay curious, ask questions, and let her discover where she belongs.
She Wants to Drop Recruitment
Remind her that every chapter offers:
Finishing recruitment also allows her to meet many more women—even if she ultimately decides not to accept a bid.
She Doesn't Receive a Bid
Although uncommon, it does happen.
If this occurs:
Final Thoughts
Recruitment is one week.
Sorority membership can last a lifetime.
No matter where your daughter lands, your encouragement, patience, and confidence in her will make the biggest difference.
Bid Day: A Moment You'll Never Forget
If you're able to attend Bid Day, we highly encourage you to be there! It's one of the most exciting days of sorority recruitment and a wonderful opportunity to celebrate this special milestone with your daughter. Bid Day Gifts
Many parents like to celebrate with a special gift. Since you won't know her Sorority until Bid Day, most families pre-order a Bid Day Bundle and text us the name of the Sorority for us to fill your order on Bid Day. Do not wait until after Bid Day.
