Sorority Recruitment and Bid Day are some of the most exciting times in a girl's life. Greek & Unique is one of the largest Sorority boutiques in the country and we are here to help you make sure it’s an experience she will never forget! Our Bid Day Bundles include our top selling goodies & gear. This section will help answer all your questions about Bid Day, why and how to pre-order and many other questions.

BAYLOR BID DAY ORDERS

**Baylor Delivery on Monday, January 15th afternoon

**To select the delivery option, when you get to checkout, you will need to enter your home shipping address and then you will see a drop down menu for you to select Baylor Delivery.

How do the girls pick up their gifts? We deliver all gifts to the Stacy Riddle Panhellenic building and the girls will meet us there to pick up. We will text each recipient the time and place to pick up

When & How to order?
We suggest your PRE ORDER your bundle and contact us after the Bids are given. You can find the Bid Day Bundle options under our Bid Day tab. After Bids are given, you can order under the Bid Day tabs or on the individual Sorority Pages. Please note if any items are sold out, we will substitute another item of equal or greater value.

How do I let you know which Sorority she joined?
As soon as your sorority girl gets her bid, we need to hear from you! Once you hear the news, please text us at 512-640-2376 or call us at 512-206-0011 with the following information:

• Name of who placed the order (this is how we locate your order)
• The recipient's name (if you have ordered multiple gifts, make sure to give us each name & sorority)
• Full name of the Sorority (ex. Kappa Alpha Theta)

We cannot fill your order without you contacting us, so please save our number to call or text us so you can contact us after she gets her bid. Our number is 512-640-2376.

How do the girls pick up their orders? We deliver the gifts to the Sorority and text the girls instructions on picking up at the Sorority House.

When & How to order?
SMU ordering is different than other schools. We have unique ordering forms we have created with the SMU Sororities and we deliver directly to the Sorority houses. You will order AFTER BIDS ARE GIVEN and you will click the order links for each Sorority that take you to a unique ordering form.

OTHER SCHOOLS (not BAYLOR & SMU)

We ship gift packages around the country every day! We suggest you wait until Bids are given and order on the Sorority page the products you want. When you get to checkout, select this is a gift and include your gift message. We ship USPS priority mail and we will fill your order quickly.

What if my daughter doesn't get a bid?
We understand, sometimes, it just doesn't work out. We offer full refunds, no questions asked on all pre-orders that were not filled. If you need to completely cancel your order, just call or text us and we will credit your card.

Can I customize my own Bid Day Package when I Pre Order?
We do not offer custom ordering for any pre-orders. We have created a large variety of bundle packages with our top selling items. Your daughter can exchange any items from her bundle within 30 days. If you want to customize your order, you can order after your daughter receives her bid and shop on the Sorority page she pledges. Please keep in mind that all orders are filled by order date, so we encourage you to pre-order so we can fill and deliver your order quickly and to insure we have the items you order in stock.

What is our return policy if she doesn't want one of the items in her gift bundle?
Sorority items will be accepted within 30 days of delivery/shipment for an exchange or store credit only, Our store carries many unique gift items, game day jewelry, game day bags, and so much more, so there are LOTS of great items she can buy if she receives a store credit.
