A little about Greek & Unique. We are a small business owned by 2 Baylor Alums and we are located in Austin. We are a premier Sorority boutique specializing in all things Greek for 19 Panhellenic Chapters and we are one of the largest Sorority stores in the US. We want to be there for you for Bid Day, Big/Little Sister Reveal, Initiation and all other Sorority gifting opportunities.
What is a Bid Day Package?
Bid Day Gifts are a special bundle of gifts sent to any new Sorority girl after she receives her Bid (invitation) to join a Sorority. Her Bid Day package will be delivered to her dorm/apartment or shipped to her on campus after Bid Day. Orders are filled based on order date, so order early.
How do I order a Bid Day Package?
All orders can be placed online. You can find the Bid Day Bundle options under our Bid Day Bundles tab. It will ask you a number of questions about sizes, recipients cell number for delivery notification, dorm delivery options, gift message, etc.
Can I customize my own Bid Day Package?
We do not offer custom ordering for any pre-orders. We have created numerous bundle packages with our top selling items. Your daughter can exchange any item from her bundle within 30 days. If you want to customize your order, you can order after your daughter receives her bid by shopping on our website under a specific Sorority page. Please keep in mind that all orders are filled by order date, so we encourage you to pre-order so we can fill and deliver your order quickly and to insure we have the items you order in stock.
When should I order?
Order now! The sooner the better for sure. We will fill baskets on a first come, first serve basis, so if you want to insure your Bid Day Package comes with everything of her dreams, it's best you order now, so we can give it the utmost attention on Bid Day! But don't worry, if we run out of any item, we will replace it with an equally amazing gift of equal or greater value! We deliver gifts in the order they were placed.
How do I let you know which Sorority she joined?
As soon as your sorority girl gets her bid, we need to hear from you! We will be touching base with you via email before Bid Day with a reminder.
On Bid Day, we will need to hear from you. Please call us at 512.206.0011, text us at 512-640-2376 or email us at email@example.com as soon as you hear and leave us a message/email us with:
1. Name of who placed the order (this is how we locate your order)
2. The recipient’s name, if you have ordered multiple gifts, make sure and give us each name & sorority
3. Full name of the Sorority. (for ex. Kappa Alpha Theta)
If you have pre-ordered before Bid Day, we cannot fill your order until you let us know the Sorority she received a bid from.
When will your gift be shipped/ready for pick up at our store?
We fill orders based on the order date. We ship gift packages around the Unites States every day! We ship Bid Day packages via USPS Priority Mail. If you have selected store pick up, we will text and call you as soon as it is ready.
What if my daughter is a legacy?
If your daughter is a legacy and she goes to Pref Day for the sorority she is a legacy for AND she prefs that sorority, please call us and we will fill her order and not wait until Bid Day. If you have any concerns that she might not choose that sorority as her first choice, please wait until you hear from her on Bid Day and then call us. If you have any questions about this, please call us and one of our experts can help you.
What is your return policy?
Returns will be accepted within 30 days of delivery/shipment for an exchange or store credit only no any sorority items. No refunds are given on sorority items. Our store carries many unique gift items, game day jewelry, game day bag so there are LOTS of great items she can buy if she receives a store credit. (We issue full credits for pre-orders if we do not deliver or ship your items.)
What if my daughter doesn't get a bid?
We understand, sometimes, it just doesn't work out. We offer full refunds, no questions asked on all pre-orders and orders that have not been shipped/delivered. So if you need to completely cancel your order, just call or email us and let us know and we will can credit your card.
